Technical Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on GenAI and Agentic AI use cases.
- Robust experience in UiPath development and automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of Blue Prism development and support.
- Experience with HTTP, REST/RESTful APIs, and JSON-based services.
- Experience in CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins.
- Good understanding of exception handling and RPA development best practices.
- RPA L2/L3 production support experience is preferred.
- Experience with UiPath Agents and GenAI-enabled automation solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop,
and maintain business process automation solutions using UiPath (Primary) and Blue Prism (Secondary) while adhering to development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Deliver GenAI and Agentic AI-based automation use cases.
- Stabilize and support L2/L3 production issues across UiPath and Blue Prism environments.
- Collaborate with RPA Technical Analysts and Solution Architects during solution design and implementation.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and project teams to provide development clarity and troubleshoot code-related issues.
- Define and promote development standards, code modularization, and reusable components.
- Conduct code reviews, quality checks, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical support by investigating and resolving software issues, qualifying bugs, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior RPA developers and team members.
