Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Executive role based in Ranchi. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting prospective and existing clients, presenting the company's services, and building long-term relationships. Daily activities include generating and following up on leads, conducting in-person meetings, explaining service offerings, and negotiating pricing and terms within defined guidelines. The role also involves collecting market intelligence, documenting client interactions, preparing basic sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Field Sales Executive is expected to meet assigned sales targets, maintain a professional presence in the field, and represent the company's values in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Proven ability in field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management,



preferably in services or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain services clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with prospecting, cold visits, and lead follow-up, along with basic skills in maintaining sales records and reports.
- Familiarity with the Ranchi market and willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documents) for sales tracking and communication.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to communicate in English and local languages commonly used in Ranchi; additional language skills are a plus.
