This is a performance-based commission role.

You will earn 20% commission on the revenue generated from every participant who successfully registers and attends a workshop through your efforts. The more registrations you generate, the more you earn.

Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate (Part-Time) to help grow the reach of our AI Tools Workshops.

This is a remote, part-time, performance-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building professional relationships, and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify prospective clients, generate leads, and convert them into workshop registrations.

You will engage with educational institutions, businesses, startups, professionals, and individuals to introduce our workshops and help them leverage AI tools to improve their productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate registrations for our paid AI Tools Workshops.
- Identify and connect with prospective clients, educational institutions, businesses, startups, and organizations.
- Promote our workshops through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential participants and convert leads into registrations.
- Present the value and benefits of our AI workshops to prospective customers.




- Design and execute creative marketing strategies to increase workshop visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Work closely with the Tools to Upskill team to achieve workshop registration targets.
- Suggest innovative strategies to increase workshop participation and business growth.

Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, event promotion, or community engagement is preferred but not mandatory.
