Job Title: Visual & Communications Designer

Job Location: Greater Kailash II, Current Delhi

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design visual communication for client brands across digital, print, retail, packaging, advertising, and experiential platforms.
- Develop campaign creatives, social media content, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, presentations, lookbooks, and marketing collateral.
- Design communication for product launches, events, exhibitions, pop-ups, retail environments, and brand activations.
- Create visual assets for websites, e-commerce platforms, emailers, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design point-of-sale materials, signage, window graphics, display systems, packaging inserts, and merchandising collateral.
- Develop presentation decks, pitch documents, brand guidelines, and communication toolkits for internal and client use.
- Collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, photographers, videographers, and account managers to bring campaigns and brand stories to life.
- Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with printers and production vendors to ensure quality execution.




- Ensure consistency of visual language across every customer touchpoint while maintaining each brand's identity and positioning.
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, visual culture, typography, materials, printing techniques, and digital communication formats.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design, preferably within a branding, design, or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, campaigns, marketing collateral, editorial, digital, and print communication.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Experience designing for both digital and print, with knowledge of production processes and print specifications.
- Ability to think conceptually while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and craft.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- An appreciation for branding, packaging, consumer behaviour, and contemporary visual culture across food & beverage, cosmetics, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, and other consumer brands.
