We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide support for inquiries and issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share feedback from customers.




- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
