Title: DevOps, QA & Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad(F2F)

Role Summary

Micron Technology is seeking a DevOps, QA & Support Engineer to support a modern, enterprise web platform that manages structured technical data and workflows. The role focuses on CI/CD automation, platform reliability, quality assurance, and production support, working closely with development and platform teams. Exposure to AI assisted operations and automation is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Tekton or Jenkins.

• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and OpenShift.

• Configure and maintain Nginx for application routing and security.

• Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog Artifactory.

• Support source control and release workflows using Git / Bitbucket.

• Perform QA validation, regression testing, and release verification.

• Provide production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis.

• Drive automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements.

• Contribute to AI assisted automation for testing, monitoring, or support workflows.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, QA, or Application Support roles.

• Hands on experience with:

o Docker, OpenShift

o Nginx

o JFrog Artifactory

o Tekton or Jenkins

o Git / Bitbucket

• Understanding of CI/CD, release management, and environment support.

• Robust troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agentic AI or AI driven automation.

• Experience using LLMs for test automation, log analysis, or support tooling.

• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and production readiness practices.

Mandatory Skills:

DevOps

• Hands on experience to create - Build & Deploy pipeline

• Hands on experience to integrate code quality testing tool like Sonarcube or any other similar tool

QA & Testing

• Hands on experience create / write Test Cases for web application to improve code quality & detail testing

Functional Test Cases & Performance Test Cases

Support

• Ready to support as per customer availability

• Basic Linux knowledge to do troubleshooting
