Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through social media, job fairs, and qualified associations.




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
