Job Purpose:
As a Territory Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within a
designated territory. Your role will involve driving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and
ensuring the overall success of the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct visits to educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and universities
based on generated leads.
● Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations of MyClassboard to potential clients.
● Maintain consistent follow-ups and successfully close deals.
● Achieve specified sales targets.
● Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
● Address customer inquiries promptly and with priority.




● Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
● Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
● Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
● Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales enablement materials.
