Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director – Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Operational Resilience. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the organization's Business Continuity Management (BCM)



and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in BCP/DR frameworks, regulatory expectations, crisis management, testing, and recovery strategies while serving as a key partner to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Technology, and Business Leadership teams. This leader will drive resilience across the enterprise, ensuring critical business services can withstand, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
