About the Role
The Sales function for an Asset Management Company (AMC) is a role focused on driving the growth of the firm's Assets Under Management (AUM). The key responsibilities in this role will include developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with banks, registered investment advisors (RIA), corporates and mutual fund distributors. The role involves meeting ambitious sales targets for the AMC’s key schemes.

Must Haves
- 1-2 years of experience in sales preferably in the AMC, Banking or Insurance space
- NISM certification in the relevant sales module
- A rigorous and structured approach toward building and scaling relationships with key sales counters like Mutual fund distributors, Registered investment advisors, Banks and Corporates.




- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and influence key internal and external stakeholders

What We Expect From You
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various mutual fund schemes (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.).
- Develop and maintain solid, long-lasting relationships with banks, registered investment advisors (RIA), corporates and mutual fund distributors to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Actively prospect for and acquire recent clients and distributors, expanding the customer base and market share within the assigned territory.
- Organize investor awareness programs (IAPs), distributor training sessions, and presentations for clients and distribution partners to educate them about our offerings and market trends.
- Monitor market conditions, track competitor
