Purpose of the Position:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to understand our customers’ business needs and challenges through discovery sessions and RFPs, delivering strategic, industry-competitive solution pitches and proposals. This role offers an prospect to learn, grow, and influence Infocepts’ revenue trajectory, while interacting with clients and prospects and representing Infocepts in industry forums through participation and presentations.

Key Result Areas and Activities
Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Act as a single point of contact to coordinate and drive all new leads – both existing and new customers.
- Lead early-stage client interactions, including problem framing, solution design, and scoping.




- Meet prospects and participate in pre-bid meetings to understand user requirements and define proposal response strategy.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Proposal Development & Bid Management
- Demonstrate thought leadership by identifying win themes and creating differentiated solution pitches that clearly articulate value.
- Manage proposal response end-to-end – bid management, proposal development, submission, orals, closure, win/loss analysis, and cataloguing artefacts.
- Craft high-quality proposals, solution documents, and effort estimations.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with well-structured, competitive solutions.

Thought Leadership & Workshops
- Conduct client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase InfoCepts’ capabilities.
- Deliver impactful business and technical presentations to clients at all levels.
