Description

The Senior Proposal Specialist will play a crucial role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and submission of proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to tailor proposals effectively.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards in all proposal submissions.
- Manage proposal timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Review and edit proposals for clarity, grammar, and presentation before submission.
- Develop and maintain a repository of proposal templates, best practices,



and lessons learned.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in proposal development, business development, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and research skills to understand client needs and industry landscapes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build relationships with stakeholders.
