Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution within budget.
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership to project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across teams.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear communication, addressing concerns, and delivering on expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation, project planning, and team performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, working proactively to identify risks and deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and quality standards across all projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in SAP delivery management, overseeing end-to-end project implementation.




- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP projects on time and within scope.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, or other key enterprise solutions.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
