Research Consultant - Recruitment and Staffing (International Recruitment)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Consultant to support our recruitment efforts in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape in the APAC region, Australia, and the UK.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including online databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations to the recruitment team, helping to refine search strategies and improve candidate matching.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings, market trends, and candidate profiles for internal stakeholders and clients.




- Work closely with recruitment consultants and account managers to understand client needs and deliver tailored research solutions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:

- Education: Any Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a research or recruitment role, preferably within the APAC and UK regions.
- Skills:

1. Solid analytical and research skills.
2. Proficiency in using research tools and databases.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Familiarity with the recruitment industry and market dynamics in Australia, the UK, and the broader APAC region.
