About this Prospect:

We are now looking for a 2nd Level Operations (L2) professional. This job role is responsible for Application Management, coordination, support and execution of maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Mostly application/infrastructure Life Cycle Management activities with Project Management Activities also part of the daily work routine.

What you will do:

Support the following systems and functions:

Event management (Infra Monitoring)

Problem Management.

Incident management.

Application support activities.

Lead instructions and procedures.

1. Operation Support

Monitoring Regular Maintenance activities.

Managing stakeholder communication.

Agile/ Scaled Agile WoW

2. Analyze customer Situation

Analyze customer business process and requirements

Propose solution scenarios with identified components

3. Design Customer Solutions

Create acceptance documents

Perform dimensioning analysis or implementation analysis

Estimate costs for customer adaptations, implementations teams and/or operations

Prepare and write solution and/or implementation descriptions

Handle 3 rd Party Products to be used in the solution

4. Deliver Customer Solution

Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliverables

Handle change requests and the consequences of such for the delivered offers and/or ordered deliveries from a Solution point of view

5. Cloud Computing

Hands on Experience and Expertise in managing Infra hosted on AWS/GCP





Good Working knowledge of AWS/GCP hosted Solutions

Expertise in managing Infra hosted on Cloud, identify opportunities to optimize Infra/Cost

Skills you Bring:

Hands-on experience in Design, Development, Integration and User Acceptance.

Exposure to work with International Customers, face-to-face dialog with Customers.

Good Expertise and Knowledge of .Net Framework and Good Skills in C# Language

Experience on Core Java, Oracle Application Server, PL/SQL, JDBC

Good knowledge of DB s like Oracle 19c, Postgres, MongoDB, REDIS

Extensive knowledge and skillset on AWS/GCP

Design and evaluate Infra hosted on Cloud Platform of AWS/GCP

Design and implement Monitoring/ Automation/ Network Solution using Colud Watch, Cloud Flare etc.

Extensive hands-on experience with IFS FSM 5.6.3 Application

Experience with ITIL and PMP Framework

Experience in web service integration with Remedy ITSM

Good Working knowledge on UNIX OS such as HP-UX, Solaris, Linux & Scripting like Perl, Shell, Python

Software development life-cycle (SDLC) exposure with technical leadership ability to Design, coding, testing and Integration phases, including Java/PLSQL/PEARL/SHELL Script, code review ability

Should have experience in leading a team of 10+ people from a technical perspective.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Engineering Graduate or similar

Minimum years of relevant experience: 7-8 years into IT Application management, Server/Application Monitoring

Skills: Core Java, Linux, Unix

Experience: 7.00-8.00 Years
