We’re on the lookout for a agile and results-driven Digital Marketing & Branding Strategist to help us amplify our digital footprint, drive performance, and shape a compelling brand narrative across online channels. What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns — from strategy to execution and ROI analysis.
- Design and execute data-backed SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, traffic, and keyword rankings.
- Develop and refine cohesive branding strategies that reflect our mission, resonate with our audience, and support business growth.
- Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads — turning insights into action.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms/technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and product teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
- Uncover growth opportunities through market and competitor research — identifying new audiences, channels, and tactics.
- Own content strategy for digital channels to increase engagement, awareness, and conversion.

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads — including campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
- Strong grasp of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical) and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Ability to craft and implement branding strategies that align with business objectives and audience insights.
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach — you love testing ideas and refining based on real-world results.
- Bonus points if you have experience with content strategy, copywriting, or basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).

Eligibility

- Freshers with relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot), internships, or personal projects are also welcome to apply.
