Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MS Access VBA Programmer to design, develop, and maintain database applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Access and VBA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing efficient database systems, streamlining business workflows, creating user-friendly interfaces, and integrating business processes with reporting and data management tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain database applications using Microsoft Access and VBA. Create and manage database structures, including tables, relationships, queries, forms, reports, and macros. Develop VBA-based automation tools, custom forms, and advanced functionalities. Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, reporting, and analysis. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Access databases and applications. Integrate Microsoft Access with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and other business applications where required. Develop automated reports, dashboards,



and data management solutions to support business operations. Ensure database integrity, security, reliability, and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications. Provide ongoing application support, maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft Access and VBA development. Strong expertise in: Microsoft Access (Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports, Macros) VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) SQL and Relational Database Design Process Automation and Workflow Development Database Design, Normalization, and Data Modeling Solid analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of data management, reporting systems, and business applications. Preferred Skills Experience with Visual Basic (VB6/.NET). Experience integrating Access with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and SQL Server. Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools. Familiarity with version control systems and software development best practices. Experience with data migration and database performance tuning.
