Key Responsibilities Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branches. Build strong relationships with bank employees and customers. Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions. Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closure. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or CASA Sales. Robust communication and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach. Willing to travel within the assigned location if required.
