The Head of Operations (Including Finance) will be responsible for overall business operations, financial strategy, delivery governance, profitability management, resource optimization, compliance, and organizational scalability. The role demands a strong blend of strategic leadership, financial acumen, operational governance, business planning, commercial decision-making, and team leadership. The incumbent will work closely with leadership teams to ensure sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and achievement of revenue and profitability goals.

Resource & Capacity Planning
- Drive workforce planning and resource allocation

Process Excellence
- Establish SOPs, operational controls, and business processes
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce delivery bottlenecks
- Implement KPI-driven performance culture
- Drive automation and digital operational practices

Financial Planning & Governance
- Develop revenue, cost, and profitability models
- Drive financial discipline across functions
- Analyze project-level profitability and cost optimization
- Support pricing and commercial decision-making
