We are looking for an Experience Design Operations Manager to work closely with the Global Chief Experience Design Officer, Havas CX, in scaling and operationalising the Experience Design (UX/CX) practice across markets within Havas CX. This is an individual contributor role, requiring solid ownership and the ability to operate independently across stakeholders and multiple geographies.
This role sits at the intersection of design, operations, and cross-market collaboration- enabling better visibility into capability and capacity, supporting smarter resourcing decisions, and strengthening how Experience Design is activated across projects and opportunities.
This is not a pure coordination role. It requires someone who can structure ambiguity, connect teams, and build systems that enable design at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Resource & Capability Planning (Cross-Market)
- Maintain and evolve systems that track Experience Design capability and capacity across markets
- Act as a central point of contact for cross-market design resourcing needs
- Support staffing and matchmaking for pitches and live projects
- Translate demand (scope → roles → capacity) to enable faster, more effective resourcing
- Build visibility into capability distribution and gaps
2. Practice MIS & Reporting
- Build and maintain recurring Experience Design MIS
- Track utilisation, collaboration patterns, and capability demand
- Provide visibility into cross-market participation across projects
- Generate insights to inform resourcing strategies (onshore / nearshore / offshore)
3. Knowledge Systems & Repository Management
- Manage and scale the Experience Design knowledge ecosystem (SharePoint)
