We're looking for an experienced Experience Center Manager to lead one of our flagship Experience Centers. This role goes beyond managing a showroom—it's about delivering an immersive brand experience, driving customer engagement, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the complete operations and day-to-day management of the Experience Center.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding client requirements and showcasing the right product solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers, architects, interior designers, and channel partners on our product portfolio.
• Generate business opportunities by engaging with walk-in customers and coordinating closely with the sales team for lead conversion.
• Develop and nurture solid relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and key influencers.
• Plan and execute architect meets,



product launches, workshops, customer events, and promotional activities to increase footfall and brand visibility.
• Ensure visual merchandising, product displays, branding elements, and overall ambience are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor visitor footfall, inquiries, conversions, customer feedback, and prepare periodic business reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain display inventory, coordinate product replenishment, and ensure the Experience Center remains fully operational at all times.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Experience Center team while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For
✔ 5–8 years of experience in Experience Center Management, Retail Operations, Customer Experience, or Luxury Retail.
