About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, positive, experienced, and highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ expert. The ideal candidate is pro-active, a good team player, and can lead from the front, possessing multiple years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This is a SailPoint developer role focused on designing and developing IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and performing technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues. The role will involve client interaction and stakeholder management. It will also require managing the deployed IGA solution, handling/monitoring/resolving incidents and service requests, and performing deployments.

Required Technical Competencies:

- Overall Experience: 3+ years with hands-on development experience of 3+ Years on SailPoint IdentityIQ product.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Expertise: Well-versed with SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes.
- Development & Configuration: Hands-on experience in developing and configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, and quick links in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Application Onboarding: Hands-on experience with onboarding applications into IdentityIQ.
- Troubleshooting & RCA:



Experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis for issues occurring in SailPoint IdentityIQ Production environments.
- Administration & Maintenance: Experience in administering, operating, and maintaining the SailPoint IdentityIQ product.
- Performance Optimization: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ product performance optimization and tuning.
- System Integration: Experience with integrating AD, LDAP, Webservice, Databases, and other systems/business applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- SLA Management: Experience with managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) around high-priority Production incidents.
- Build Process: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ build process (using standard service build).
- Version Control: Experience with GitHub for code version management.
- CI/CD: Understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- IAM Engagement: Experience with large IAM engagements and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities (MOM):

- Mandatory development experience.
- Workflow development.
- Rule development.
- Application onboarding, update, and modification.
- Defect fixing and analyzing existing code.
