Job Responsibility We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations, with a strong focus on HR Policy&Process; formulation, implementation, and compliance. The role will partner closely with business leaders to build scalable people practices, ensure smooth HR operations, and drive employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and on-boarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and ideal candidate profiles. Utilize diverse sourcing channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.



Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds. Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring metrics. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding formalities and induction programs for new hires. HR Operations & Policy Management Support HR policy&process; formulation, implementation, and periodic updates in line with organizational needs and statutory requirements. Ensure consistent communication and adherence to HR policies across the organization. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and advantages. Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data management. Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance/payroll team for timely and accurate processing. Assist in statutory compliance, documentation, and internal/external audits. Performance Management & Employee Engagement Support the performance management system, including goal-setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles. Assist managers and employees in understanding performance frameworks and timelines.
