DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud-native infrastructure on GCP/GKE, and automating deployments using Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps best practices. This role is crucial for ensuring platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence across modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity, GitLab CI, Octopus, and Azure DevOps.
- Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows to improve release efficiency.
- Integrate quality gates, security scans, and policy validations into deployment pipelines.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Support and manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments, including deployments, upgrades, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Configure monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native tools.
- Participate in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Implement DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and access control mechanisms.
- Support compliance initiatives, patch management, and remediation activities.

Qualifications:

- Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps,



Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Expertise in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Experience with CI/CD tools: TeamCity, GitLab CI, Octopus, Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment templating.
- Scripting expertise using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Load Balancers, and Firewalls.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and compliance controls.

- Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
