Job Summary
Our Simulation division creates industry-leading technology for high-end virtual experiences. As a Technical Program Manager (Contract), you will help manage, test, and improve our simulation products. You will define best practices for product delivery, project planning, and development methodologies — and represent the voice of the customer in the product planning process.
What you'll be doing
- Empower development team
- Help define development process
- Feature team planning
- Documentation and roadmap planning
- Team training on agile processes
- Delivery leadership across multiple products
- Exploratory testing for multiple products
What we need to see
- Passion for DCC and simulation technology
- Ability to multi-task and manage complex programs
- Solid leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Able to travel up to 20% of time for events, press tours, and customer meetings
- Up to 4 years of experience with BS degree in relevant field or track record of leadership success
Ways to stand out from the crowd
- Experience working in the games, DCC or simulation industry
- Active in the games, simulation community
- Significant experience working with Jira
