Overview:

Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own lifecycle: design build test maintain
- Build Agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, APIs
- Optimize for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience:

- 810 years engineering
- 3-4 years developing AI/ML systems (traditional and Gen AI)

Core Skills;

- Strong Python (must-have) ; Go/Java/Rust nice to have
- Experience building APIs and data pipelines

AI Capabilities:

- Hands-on with:
- Prompt engineering (system prompts, structured outputs)
- Advanced agentic techniques, using Langchain/langGraph, CrewAI or similar
- Using LLM APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- RAG pipelines
- Basic evaluation techniques

Data Skills:

Experience working with:

- JSON, document parsing, ETL pipelines
- Ability to clean and structure messy enterprise data
