Carryall Packaging specializes in premium and customized packaging solutions, including luxury paper bags, shopping bags, gift bags, and branded packaging products. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in luxury packaging products to help grow our business and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong client base in Agra and nearby regions.
- Promote and sell luxury packaging bags and customized packaging solutions to retailers, boutiques, jewelry stores, apparel brands, gifting companies, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand packaging requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements in the premium packaging segment.
- Maintain sales reports and customer records.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience in luxury packaging bags, paper bags, customized packaging, printing, gifting products, or related industries.
- Robust understanding of premium packaging materials, finishes, printing techniques, and customization options.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development activities.
