8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation).
- Translate legislation and policy into business requirements, whereby end users are able to validate and verify transformation into OPA.
- Responsible for modelling, development, regression, testing, and deployment of OPA project to production.
- OPA Rule Authoring, debugging, Interview screen development. Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub management.
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST Web Services.
- Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution.
- Provide positive technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption.
- OPA certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of other CRM products(Service Cloud/RightNow, CPQ, Sales, Siebel) is a plus.
