Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical product design, particularly in plastic auxiliary equipment and thermal systems. The candidate should be proficient in 3D CAD tools, engineering documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to support end-to-end product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks (preferred), SolidEdge, or Creo.

- Perform basic design calculations (thermal sizing, flow, and stress analysis).

- Prepare and manage BOMs, design change notes, and technical documents.

- Collaborate with production, quality, purchase, and testing teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.





- Support in prototyping, design validation, and DFMEA/DFM/DFA discussions.

- Adhere to ASME / ISO / BIS standards and internal design protocols.

- Use PDM/PLM systems for version control and design data management.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks/SolidEdge/Creo).

- Strong understanding of heat transfer, plastic auxiliary systems, and mechanical components.

- Knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing processes (sheet metal, welding, casting).

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and design documentation practices.

- Solid communication skills and ability to work across teams.
