- To be part of the Central Commercial Underwriting team with 12–15+ years of experience. To drive portfolio steering through detailed data analysis to monitor performance, profitability, and risk trends and use portfolio insights to drive underwriting philosophy, guidelines, and risk appetite frameworks.
- Manage tender business and large/complex risks in close collaboration with Sales and Reinsurance teams.
- Support structuring of large risk placements and optimize reinsurance utilization.
- Play a key role in treaty renewals, including data preparation and coordination with reinsurers and RI team.
- Coordinate and drive regulatory, governance, and compliance requirements related to underwriting activities.
- Liaise with global and strategic partners to maintain and strengthen relationship accounts.
- Provide technical guidance to underwriting teams to ensure consistency and quality of risk selection.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at sustainable portfolio growth and profitability
