Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume restaurants in Bangalore with monthly sales of ₹60 Lakhs to 70 Lakhs
The ideal candidate must have solid QSR operational experience and should have worked with reputed brands such as KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s, or Domino’s. The candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, team management skills,



and the ability to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The candidate must be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Manage end-to-end restaurant operations while ensuring adherence to company SOPs, food safety standards, guest service benchmarks, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and restaurant teams to build a high-performance culture. Ensure proper training, motivation, discipline, and team engagement at the store level.
Sales & Profitability
Drive store sales and profitability through effective labour management, inventory control, food cost management, and operational planning.
Guest Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained consistently. Handle guest concerns professionally and work towards improving overall guest satisfaction scores.
