We are looking for a System Engineer to join our People Platform team supporting OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors. You will play a key role in configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting our enterprise document management platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions across the employee lifecycle.

We believe you bring

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration, implementation, and platform administration.
• Solid experience configuring Business Workspaces, workspace hierarchies, document types, categories, metadata, security models, permissions, and business rules within OpenText Content Server.
• Extensive experience developing OpenText WebReports, LiveReports,



Content Server Workflows, Event Scripts, and workflow automation.
• Experience developing and configuring custom user interfaces within OpenText Content Server, including Smart View customizations, perspectives, widgets, forms, and UI extensions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication mechanisms, and OpenText Content Server APIs.
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, cloud integrations, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or major rollout of OpenText xECM for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of OpenText PowerDocs, document generation, template development, and document automation will be considered an advantage.
