The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Kiosk Operations & Customer Activation to lead the strategy, expansion,
and operational excellence of our offline customer acquisition channels.
This role is responsible for establishing and scaling a high-performing kiosk network across malls, corporate parks, airports, retail hubs, and other high-footfall locations. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in retail operations, field sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, and business development to create a scalable offline growth engine.
You will own the complete lifecycle of kiosk operations—from identifying new locations and setting up kiosks to hiring teams, driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversions, and delivering profitable business growth.
