- Providing technical support for IP Core nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
- Technical Operations support for Customer Team.
- Manages technical escalations for technical requests, emergency cases and outages internally and towards customer.
- Support customer s network performance and evolution.
- Manages network SW and HW configuration information.
- Acts as the prime technical interface towards customer, subcontractors and 3rd party suppliers as well as internally towards several organizations.
- Liaise closely with Multiple teams to work on the operation faults and technical management to ensure the Network stability.
- Monitors and reports customer s life network performance and acts to ensure network s availability including e.g. customer SLA fulfilment
- Support and perform competence development of local technical teams.
- Ensure multiple network Element are connected and all functions are working well.
- Handling Critical and Emergency network incidents with stakeholders/Care.



Experience and Knowledge
- Must have a solid understanding of Protocols: TCP/IP, IPv4 & IPv6 addressing & IP subnetting, VLANs, Ethernet, SNMP, management (Telnet, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, TACACS+)
- Knowledge & Hands-on experiences of protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signaling protocols (RSVP-TE, LDP).
- Proficiency in Designing, Implementing & Troubleshooting IP/MPLS Network core and services design, including L2 VPNs and L3 VPNs, Seamless MPLS, Segment Routing.
- Network and services migration.
- Analyse and resolve network hardware and software connectivity issues. Network Tools analysis for capacity planning and proactive fault finding. Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary.
- Proficiency in Nokia hardware of 7750, 7210, 7250 and 7705 product lines.
- Familiarity with Fixed IP architecture, knowledge of Nokia 7750 (BNG) product lines.
- Familiarity with Juniper knowledge of PTX 5000, PTX
