Role & responsibilities
- His role is primarily responsible to provide technical/valuation support to designated Credit Team (MSME/Housing/MLAP & other secured verticals) to enable them to make suitable decisions on funding projects and study and verify drawings, Estimate and Construction Area.
- The incumbent works on cost estimation for various works and materials Supervise Construction Execution for RCC works and Finishing work.
- Visit of the properties to ensure funds has been utilized for the purpose mentioned and monitor timely release of construction tranches.
- He needs to manage 30 to 40 vendors and should be well aware of local practices with respect to collaterals and competition practices.
- The incumbent should be able to identify the risk involved in the collateral which is being offered us as collateral.

Preferred candidate profile
- Degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Arc) in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering.
- Preferred experience of 4 years or more in property valuation and identification is must.
- Knowledge of Property valuation, prevailing market rate, condition of the property and identification of the property.
- MIS maintenance and monitoring Skills.
