What you’ll be doing...:
- Conduct manual testing as needed, especially for complex scenarios where automation is not feasible. Execute test cases to verify software functionality, performance, and compatibility across platforms.
- Develop and execute tests for RESTful and SOAP APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured and SOAP UI. Validate APIs for functionality, performance,



and security across different environments.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using tools like Jenkins. Ensure automated test execution as part of the continuous integration process, providing feedback to the development team.
- Identify, report, and track defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira). Work with the development team to ensure timely resolution and retesting of reported issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA team members. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
- Create, update, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Document test results and ensure thorough reporting of test coverage and defect status.
