* Greet guests and ensure excellent F&B; service across outlets and banquets.
- Assist in planning and execution of banquet functions, corporate events, and special promotions.
- Liaise between the client, sales team, kitchen, and service team for smooth operations.
- Monitor service quality and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Banquets team regarding bookings, requirements, and client preferences.
- Prepare function prospectus, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and update event details.
- Maintain client communication before, during, and after the event.
- Assist in generating banquet and outlet sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support in preparing sales reports, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases.
- Brief and supervise service staff for banquet and outlet operations.
- Maintain records of sales leads, event confirmations, billing, and guest feedback.
- Assist in inventory control of beverages, cutlery, and banquet equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in banquet halls and outlets.
- Monitor cleanliness and setup before and after events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
