- Make Reports On Excel, Google Sheets & Work On Portals.
- Take Orders and make Invoice of Finalized Ones.
- Attend Calls & Revert To E-Mails Professionally.
- Keep Records of Customer Interactions And Transactions.
- Billing and Root cause analysis.
