- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly
- Professionally handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads
- Build trust and maintain healthy communication with customers
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up notes in the CRM
- Achieve basic performance expectations without hard targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Prepare basic reports on daily calls, lead status, and feedback.
