Junior Officer, Accounts
Job Summary:
The Junior Officer, Accounts, will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing essential support to the Finance and Legal department. This role requires expertise in accounting software (Tally), financial reporting, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities Accounting:
- Maintain Books of Accounts for the Director's family, including personal and individual accounts in Tally ERP.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual book closures.
- Prepare Advance Tax workings and ensure timely compliance.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare cash flow reports, ensuring clarity on the inflow and outflow of funds.
- Generate Budget vs. Actuals and other financial reports as requested by management.
Other Duties:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
- Respond to general report requests and financial queries from the management as and when requested.
Educational Qualifications:
B. Com
Experience:
2 -3 Years in Accounts field.
At least 1 year of experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.
