Job Description - Academic Counselor
- Handle the end to end admission process.
- Cold Calling / Outbound Dialling
- First point of contact to connect with Students for Counselling
- Entitled for Telephonic Counselling, Video Counselling if required.
- Guiding students to choose the right course/ Programs based on their Interests.
- Regular follow up with leads
- Converting leads and inquiries to successful Admissions/Registrations
- Supporting sales team during campus admission during admission season
- Developing & maintaining relationships with existing & prospective students/parents.
- The process involves counselling the students; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations
- Any other assignments from the management time to time
