Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory monitoring: Ensure company operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Policy enforcement: Implement and monitor compliance policies across departments.
- Risk assessment: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Audit support: Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate compliance records and submit timely reports to management.
- Training support: Help in educating employees about compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers: Strong willingness to learn compliance processes.
- Skills:
- Positive communication and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Familiarity with MS Office tools
