We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our team in Mulund. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely deliveries.
- Resolve order-related issues and provide quick solutions.
- Customer Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Provide updates on order status, shipments, and other relevant details.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Sales Team Support:
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Update sales materials in collaboration with the marketing team.




- Maintain accurate customer databases.
- Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales team.
- Help organize sales events, conferences, and meetings.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain and update sales reports and KPIs.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and other sales documentation.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.
- Assist in creating sales presentations and reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
