About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities at the project site in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. The Site Supervisor will ensure that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. The role requires a robust background in construction site management, team coordination, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Site Management:
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring the site is running efficiently and according to the construction plan.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and direct work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor the progress of construction, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to minimize accidents and risks on site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards on the site.
- Material and Equipment Management:
- Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials and equipment to avoid delays.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and usage of construction machinery and equipment.
- Prepare and manage stock records of materials used, ensuring that resources are available for uninterrupted work.
- Quality Control and Reporting:
- Monitor construction quality, ensuring all work meets the project’s specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on the work completed and report any discrepancies or issues.
