Location: Nagarjuna Hills - Punjagutta, Hyderabad

Experience - 1-4 years of experience in Counseling / Sales (preferably Educational Sales).

Job Summary:
ICFAI University is looking for Telecaller Counselors to counsel students and parents about our academic programs, handle inbound/outbound calls, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about university programs.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and generate walk-ins.
- Clarify queries on courses, admissions, and fee structures.
- Achieve admission targets and generate references.

Requirements:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 1 year experience in counseling/telecalling (education sector preferred).
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and energetic.
