JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Follow up with leads regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Handle complaints or doubts and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
