ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify target audience segments to inform digital marketing strategies. 2. Website and SEO Optimization:
- Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring user-friendly design, functionality, and optimized performance.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience. 3. Social Media and Content Marketing:
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and ensure effective use of advertising spend. 6. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)



and marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular reports to management, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization. 7. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized digital marketing activities. 8. Industry Monitoring and Innovation:
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Explore innovative digital marketing strategies and tools to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
