Compensation: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000/month

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of IT projects including planning, tracking, coordination, and delivery.
- Collaborate with development, design, QA, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Break down project requirements into transparent, actionable tasks with defined timelines and ownership.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within defined timelines.
- Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation: roadmaps, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.




- Coordinate resource availability and team capacity across concurrent projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to internal leadership and external clients.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and client expectations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
