Requirement
- 1 year of experience in IT/Technology recruitment
- Experience in Southeast Asia market
- Experience working in Contract or C2H staffing.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a consulting/ staffing agency)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Solid decision-making skill
- A positive, can-do attitude

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
