Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times;
- Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent from stock outage;
- Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re
- order level to order from supplies;
- Review periodically inventories physically;
- Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
- Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
- Keeps and updates records of good received and issued;
- Dispose of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure by taking approval of purchase manager/centre head / superintend ;




- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned;
- Promote inventory related awareness programs.
- Responsible for Medical & Non medical stores
- All received stock to be entered in health object
- Check the stock levels daily and submit indent to purchase manager as per required stock.

Reports
- Daily Issue, consumption report, receiving report & Stock Report for opening and closing balance

Qualifications and Skills
Qualification : Degree
Job Experience : Fresher/01 year
